Shipping FAQ
How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it ships and, depending on your shipping address,
it can take between 7 to 10 days to reach you with ground shipping. Internetional order can take a little longer depending on your location.
Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes! If you need expedited shipping please send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are
interested in and size (if applicable) and the time frame you need to receive them to shipping@dallas-cowboys-apparel.com. We will
check stock and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes! If you need international shipping please send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are
interested in and size (if applicable). shipping@dallas-cowboys-apparel.com. We will
check stock and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.
IMPORTANT NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INLCUDING CANADA) ARE SUBJECT TO DUTY FEES AND THE COUNTRIES TAXES IF APPLICABLE. DALLAS COWBOYS APPAREL.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE EXTRA FEES IF THEY OCCUR. IT IS ADVISED TO VERIFY WITH YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICE BEFORE ORDERING.
What if the item is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. Items out of stock can
take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse, but normally you will only have to wait a few days.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for 30 days with an RMA number. Please see below for our Return Policy Page for details........
The Dallas Cowboys Apparel Store Return Policy
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
· Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
· Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
· Merchandise must be received in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

Reasons for requesting a return
Then simply click Submit and return instructions will be emailed to you. For Returns: The subject should be your Order Number.
Please read our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy (above) before contacting Returns.
You must be issued a RMA# before you return your order. We will credit your account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
Please note: The Manufacturer changes styles on some products at least twice a year.
